Attaching a beautiful Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard to a quarter-sawn maple blank for a Centerline Standard. The fret slots are already cut to depth, and the surface is radiused and finish sanded.
Templates guide the cutting and routing of the neck and board.
Tacks are driven into the neck to make locating pins.
Then for glue and clamps.
Once dry, the headstock will be cut, frets pressed in, and the profile carved.
All systems go!!
